With the regular price is included the double bed in the master bedroom for 1 or 2 people.
If you are 2 people and don’t want to share the double bed and you need one of the beds in the living just ask for this preference and we will provide linen for it. This option takes an extra cost of 30€ for the whole stay. Pay when arriving.
In order to confirm guest booking, Amazing Valencia may require a copy of all the guests passports that will be staying in the apartment upon check-in. This is for security and safety purposes.
Guests are requested to be respectful of the neighbours by not making too much noise, playing TV/music too loud etc. No parties or gatherings are permitted.
Upon arriving at the apartment guests will be greeted by a host who will go through the check-in process. Once guests have signed off the agreement and disclaimer, the host will hand over the keys. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions about the apartment.
On bookings for fewer than 5 nights, a security deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival for possible incidentals.
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
